Jen & Erik are real, down-to-earth and in love. We had a great time photographing them in and around their stomping grounds– the streets of Westport. We took a few minutes getting ice cream at Murray’s, coffee at the Broadway Cafe, and ended up at Harry’s, their favorite watering hole. Can’t wait for the wedding in May!

Jennifer and John were married at the Cashew in downtown Kansas City surrounded by their closest family and friends on a warm day in July. The Cashew provided the perfect intimate setting to celebrate their union and reflect the modern lifestyle they share. Thank you Jennifer & John for letting us get to know you & share in this special day. Here’s a few from their day.

We had eagerly been awaiting the wedding of Dawn & Mike for the last year, knowing that their day would be filled with plenty of love & emotion. Dawn & Mike are two entirely sincere individuals who are seriously in love. Their day was especially unique because they chose to walk down the aisle hand in hand as opposed to meeting at the altar. That gesture is one of many that illustrates their philosophy on life; hand in hand. Thanks for letting us be a part of your day. Also thanks Cassandra & Kaitlin, who were gracious enough to help Brandon because I was far too pregnant to be there myself (unfortunately!). Without further adieu, some of my favorite images:

We’ve been hanging back in our weddings this spring due to our newest arrival (who’s to be here in less than a week!). Brandon did shoot the wedding of Duana & Bret with Cassandra Lynne a few weeks ago at the Little Theatre in Memorial Hall, and had a great time. Here are a few from their day.
