One of the things we love the most about what we do is highlighting how unique each and every one of our couples are. No two are alike. I love how we were able to share what Elizabeth and Danny like to do in their downtime – hanging out together, playing video games, playing with their dog Apollo, sharing laughs and closeness over dinner. So excited to film their wedding tomorrow. Without further adieu, here’s a look at Elizabeth & Danny.
Javier’s 2nd
July 22, 2010 § 0
Javier turned two a few weeks ago and we were honored to be in on the festivities. Baseball, birthday, and.. and cell phone? Apparently cell phones are the universal ultimate child toy as Simone also loves to snatch ours. I love how he refused to put the cell phone down when trying to hit the pinata. So much fun & lots of love with this family.
Generations

I wanted to share an image that is dear to me. Brandon took a portrait of Simone, myself, my mother and grandmother on Easter of this year – a 4 generation portrait. After recently losing my grandmother after a long illness, this portrait remains, and was so dear to her she requested it be shown at her service. This is why we choose to document life; to provide a visual testament to our loved ones. To remember to cherish every moment as they all go too quickly. To provide the imagery to spark memories for years to come. And maybe, 100 years from now, provide insight for your great grandchildren, and theirs, and so on.
Corinne + Erin | Engaged
July 2, 2010 § 0
Corinne, Erin, Brandon and I spent a warm summer afternoon taking their engagement photos in near north Kansas City (all of us Northlanders at heart). We started out with coffee at LatteLand and ended up in the amazing selection of wines at Red-X. It was a blast and found it was appropriate because they are going to Napa for their honeymoon. Can’t wait until October, thanks for a fun afternoon!
Lana + Ryan | One Song | Kansas City Wedding Film
June 30, 2010 § 0
One story; a small town girl and a city boy at the end of an aisle.
One song; playing as she walked down that aisle on her father’s arm.
One life together; the newest chapter, being written before our eyes.
Without further adieu, Lana and Ryan’s one song edit.
Lana + Ryan | Kansas City Engagement Film
June 16, 2010 § 0
Lana and Ryan are in love. We had the pleasure of shooting their wedding film last Saturday, and are excited to finally be able to share their engagement film. We took Lana and Ryan, documented and listened to the story of their love, engagement and excitement as their wedding day approached. We captured their engagement shoot w/their photographer (Becca of Wirken Photo) and we gave them something that they were able to share at their wedding. Lana and Ryan showed this film to their loved ones just prior to walking down the aisle. They were able to give a view of their love story as the newest chapter was just about to be written.
This film is the beginning of our launch into a new era of documentary photography and cinema; a new era of sharing the life and love we have the pleasure to witness. To say the least we are excited about what is to come. Enjoy!
