Some of you may have seen the tab at the top of our blog for awhile now.. but we wanted to formally announce our big news. Our cinema side has officially become one with the amazing group of photographers at Wirken Photography to create their multimedia division: Wirken Films! We could not be more happy about the opportunity to work alongside such amazing artists creating meaningful, documentary wedding films. Please stop by the Wirken site to see our cinema reel, a little about us, and if you are in the market for wedding films– drop us a line! Parigo Studios Photography will remain right here at our current location,
A photo of the new team @ Wirken = Nicole, Brandon, Tyler, Pam, Becca and David. We are honored to be amongst such talent, humor and creativity.

Megan and Lucas have lived apart for a few years, traveling between Kansas City and Los Angeles to see one another. Their wedding both symbolically and physically brought them to live together. For their first dance, they chose, “If I Should Fall Behind” by Bruce Springsteen, a song filled with elements of walking together and helping each other get to where they are going. Megan and Lucas’ lives up to the wedding fit perfectly with the song, which led me to use it in their one song edit. Enjoy!

In her own words, Ellen on her film:

“To be honest, I originally had thought I didn’t need a videographer. Then, I ran across Parigo Studios. After seeing their work, I knew I wanted one. I convinced my fiance and we knew we made the right decision after our engagement video. Then, we got our short film edit of the day and are in love. It is absolutely perfect. It was the best investment and by far my favorite thing of the wedding. Brandon was amazing to work with and a wonderful guy. ” – Ellen
